FM Ylon Schwartz
Ylon is an attacking player, who can be very dangerous if one hands him the initiative. Right now we won’t be seeing much of him at the NY Masters as he is in Hungary playing chess and perhaps trying to earn some IM norms. He showed how dangerous he was in week 2 when he achieved a winning position against the rock solid Igor Novikov. He also showed his greatest weakness in this game, which is his serious time trouble addiction. This caused his demise in this game and has probably kept him from reaching the levels he is capable of attaining.
